Happy Friday, Sweet Shoppers! I am so excited to be popping into your inbox tonight because I truly adore the special event we have happening in the shoppe this weekend. As we celebrate our 20th birthday, it felt only right to take a little stroll down memory lane. After all, what’s a birthday without a bit of reflection?

Our designers have come such a long way over the years, and many of them have been part of the digital scrapbooking world for just as long as Sweet Shoppe Designs has been around. The industry has grown and changed so much, and it’s honestly amazing to see how far digital products have come. Thinking back to the very first kits we released in 2006, it’s pretty mind-blowing to see just how different and beautiful things are today.

To celebrate, I asked our designers to look back at some of their past creations and give them a fresh new spin for a truly special Twist-A-Kit weekend. Seeing old favorites reimagined is one of my favorite things, and I hope you love this weekend’s new goodies just as much as our designers loved creating them. Take a peek…

Whether a designer updated a classic kit to make it sweeter than ever, or got creative like Laura did by updating her I Love Coffee kit from Starbucks colors to Dunkin colors, or Kelly did by adding an audiobook twist to her Library Love collection, I think it’s incredibly fun to see our team revisit kits from the past. I hope you love this concept too! These new spins are just the beginning, because we have tons of new goodies hitting the shoppe this week, including some amazing templates that will make it easy to tell your story in a snap. Our incredible Babes, and even some of our designers too, were absolute scrapping machines this week and made my job of choosing inspiration nearly impossible!
