Welcome to today’s Sunday Stunner, where we shine the spotlight on a standout layout from our amazing community. This week’s featured page was created by our oh so talented community member Melinda (mmbstaley) for the March Create & Connect Challenge, inspired by the prompts Adventure and Layered Paper with Torn Edges.

Melinda’s page features an adorable Halloween photo of Bryce dressed as a cowboy, perfectly capturing the spirit of a little wild west adventure. To bring the theme to life, she used Sweet Doll Designs’ newest release, Giddy Up Boys. Her title work is especially eye-catching. Melinda layered large, dimensional letters spelling “Giddy Up!” across the page, anchoring the design and immediately drawing the viewer into the western theme. The bold title is complemented by the creative use of circular letter tiles for Halloween 2002, which adds another layer of texture and visual rhythm. Together, these elements create a strong focal point, Another standout detail in her layout is the creative use of layered torn papers across the page. The stacked textures add depth and visual interest while grounding the design with a rustic, desert-inspired feel. She also incorporated themed elements like boots, a wagon wheel, and desert scenery to reinforce the western setting.
