Thursday Treats – Nurses Week 5/12
Are you or is someone that you know and love a nurse? Nurses are some of the most kind, compassionate, empathetic people in the world. I think it’s safe to say that just about all of us have had at least one medical experience where the kindness of a nurse made an impression that we’ll never forget. They see us at our worst, our most vulnerable and they can look past grouchiness and only see how they can help us feel better. I am honored to have a friend going back to school to become a nurse after working in another industry for years. I salute her and all nurses for the difference they make in our lives every day.
