Thursday Treats – It’s Time for the Olympics! 8/4
Does your family watch the Olympics? While the only sports generally watched in my house are basketball and football, all bets are off when it’s time for the Olympics! The TV blares anytime we are home and we are keeping up with events via the internet each day. I can converse intelligently about obscure badminton rules or gymnastic moves for a couple of weeks every four years. From the pageantry of the Opening Ceremonies to the hoopla of the Closing Ceremonies, I am enthralled!
