Sugarbabe Sunday!
We’re adding a fun, new weekly post during this summer! We’re having the SugarBabes hang out with Stacia and I on the blog. They’re going to post whatever they want. That could get pretty surprising, right? 
This is the second week and SugarBabe Steph is taking over!
Hello and happy Sunday! Summer break started for my girls last week Friday. Since my husband and I work full time, our girls are in a lot of camps over the summer and I have a paper calendar and a calendar on our phones with where the girls are going for the week. It seems like so much work than what it probably needs to be, but I have found that if I don’t offer variety, there is bickering and unpleasantness. My girls are close in age and need the break from one another. They also need to do different things all summer long.
To step away from the super scheduled summer seems we have, I introduced a Summer Bucket List this year. I invited simple, easy ideas from each girl. Stuff that doesn’t cost a lot and things we can do in a weekend.
So we have (in no particular order!)
- Road trip to La Crosse for the weekend
- Complete the Library reading program
- Go horseback riding
- Have a lemonade stand
- Have a BBQ and fire with friends
- Go for a bike ride with the family
- Go to Bay Beach for the day
- Have ice cream for dinner
- Swim off the boat
- Spend the day at the beach
