Thursday Treats – Nobel Prize Day 12/9
Happy early Nobel Prize Day, my sweet scrapbooking friends!
Every year on December 10, we honor the achievements of Alfred Bernhard Nobel, Swedish scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. In his will, he dictated that his entire remaining estate should be used to endow “prizes to those who, during the preceding year, have conferred the greatest benefit to humankind”. This established the fund for the Nobel Prize, now awarded in the categories of Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Literature, Peace, and Economic Sciences.
In honor of Nobel Prize Day, I’ve pulled kits and templates from the Shoppe that are science- and STEM-themed. So the next time you need to capture memories of your littlest scientists at the children’s museum, your bigger scientists winning the science fair, a home chemistry experiment, the passions of your young botanist, the obsession of your budding paleontologist, or that outstanding grade on a math test, these products are for you!
