Scrapping Spring: Common Ways to Use Green

Happy Tuesday everyone we’re heading into spring here in the States and that means greenery is going to pop up all around us. What better way this month than to talk about some common ways to use green in your scrapbook pages and albums for this segment. Of course for spring, using the color is always a great option on your pages and pairs well with all of the flowers we love to include. But I wanted to find some other ways to include “green” in your scrapbook pages and I set out to find them in our amazing gallery.

“Green is the prime color of the world, and that which its loveliness arises.” — Pedro Calderon de la Barca

Green thumbs, you either have one or you don’t. Foliage and greenery are pretty common ways to add green to our pages and that includes documenting the plants we grow and tend to as our plant babies.

Whether we hitting a round of golf on the “green” or visiting places with green in the name, these can be fun ways to use green in your pages without actually using the color. Unless you really want to that is.

They say you are what you eat, and eating green is supposed to be healthier. Getting your daily greens isn’t just good for our bodies. Documenting them is also a great way to add those greens to our pages too.

Going green isn’t just for our planet or our health we’ve got options for fashion and makeup. Including pages about our clothes, hair, and makeup routines is another fantastic way to get that green theme going in our albums.

If we take a moment to look around we can find many “green” things. In nature and in the spaces we live and occupy there can be multiple items that we can document in our pages to capture a wee bit or a lot of green.

Thank you all for taking time to stop by. I hope this has given you some inspiration to incorporate a little “green” into your scrapbook pages this spring. Until next time, keep documenting your memories. xo Kiana
