365 Days of Bliss – Hybrid Holiday Happiness

It’s Sugar Babe Juli here today with some amazing hybrid Holiday ideas straight from the Sweet Shoppe Gallery.  I just love scrolling through the SSD gallery and looking at all the layouts and projects people are making to document their memories and tell their own family stories.  As you probably know, hybrid projects are something I love.  Now I could always go comb through Pinterest to find some last minute gift ideas that I can make myself, but there is no need.  The gallery here is filled with awesome ideas and here are few that really stood out to me.

Sara’s (kscwgirl) Travel Mugs are so cute!  She used Misty’s Adoration kit(retired)  and Penny Springmann’s Tumbler Template to make these beautiful gifts.  I bet that these will be the hit of the season with her family.

If you are looking for last minute gift ideas for co-workers or a few close friends, this little snowman made out of gum by knlchevys is amazingly cute and unexpected.  What a great way to send a little holiday homemade cheer!  I just love this!  These would be really cute for a sledding party or even little teacher gifts in Jan/February.  She used Frostbitten for Him by Meghan Mullens and Traci Reed to create her gum wrapper.

Ladyb created these amazing three dimensional tags complete with little jingle bells using Zoe Pearn’s A Merry Little Christmas.  I think these would be perfect to tie on a bottle of wine or champagne to give as a hostess gift.  So creative!

While it’s a little late to create an advent calendar, I just love the little cotton balls that  Milmomma added to the top of her Count Down Trees.  The colors from Melissa Bennett’s Peppermint Sticks is perfect and my only question is…what is hiding under those hats?  I’d be so tempted to pick them all up to see what is under there. LOL!  I think I’m going to do this for New Years Eve and have the kids count down to midnight with a different activity for each hour.

So, if you have time today, take a few minutes to browse through the gallery and give a few layouts and/or hybrid projects some love.  Now I’m off to get a little bit crafty before I have to head out to another Christmas party….I wonder if I can get one of those tags done before I leave?

Happy Holidays y’all!
